Who is odtah.li for?
odtah.li is software for towing companies: towing services and providers who carry out roadside or home assistance jobs. It can automatically import jobs from assistance companies, but it is not designed for the assistance companies themselves. It suits a one-truck operator as well as a company with many drivers and several branches. The service is for businesses only (B2B).
How does the free trial work?
You can use a new account free and without obligation for 60 days. Email info@odtah.li and we will set up access and help you get started. When the trial ends, you pick the plan that fits your operation.
How much does odtah.li cost?
Plans start at €12 per month (Easy) and go up to €550 per month (All Inclusive, every module included). The most popular plan is Pro at €245 per month with unlimited jobs. Paying 12 months in advance gives a 10% discount. Billing is in Czech crowns (CZK); euro prices are indicative. See pricing.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices are shown without VAT. The provider is not yet VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged. Once registered, VAT will be added at the statutory rate.
Does odtah.li work on mobile?
Yes. Dispatchers work in the web interface in a browser; drivers use the odtah.li Driver app for Android to see assigned jobs, navigate to the vehicle, take photos and get the customer's signature.
Can it take over jobs from assistance centres?
Yes. Auto-import automatically reads a job from an assistance centre and creates it in the system without retyping. It is included in Pro, Enterprise and All Inclusive, and can be added to Starter for €12 per month.
Can I take card payments from customers?
Yes, through the optional payment gateway. It costs €12 per month plus €120 setup, and is included in All Inclusive. The gateway operator charges its own per-transaction fees.
Who owns the data and where is it stored?
Your data — jobs, photos and signed reports — stays the property of your company. Data is stored exclusively in the EU.
Is there a long-term commitment?
No. The plan is paid monthly in advance and either party can cancel without giving a reason on 30 days' notice.
How reliable is the service?
We guarantee 99.5% monthly availability. If we miss it, you receive a credit of 10 to 50% of the monthly fee.
Can the system be adapted to how we work?
Yes. The core system is ready, and we ship custom changes within days or weeks, not months. Email info@odtah.li with what you need.
